| 摘 要： | 莱钢５０ｔ电炉采用屋顶大烟罩与电炉第四孔相结合的正压大寺器进行除尘，烟尘排放达到ＧＢ１６２９－１９９６标准要求，除尘风机采用防磨技术后，叶轮使用寿命达到２年以上。

| Abstract: | The big cloth dedusting collector with positive pressure,which is combined big flue shield on roof with fouth hole of this electric furnace,is used to do dedusting in 50t electric furnace of Laiwu iron and steel group Co.,Ltd.The discharged quality of flue gas and dust can meet the requirements of national standard of GB16297 1996.After the dedusting fan is taken on the technology of preventing wear,the service life of centrifugal impeller can be up to above two years. |
