中职学校计算机教学改革浅议

计算机课程作为中等职业教育重要的学科,已成为现代教育的窗口。作为一名从事中职计算机教学多年的教师,我通过对中职计算机教育现状的剖析,针对学生素质参差不齐,教师队伍整体水平不高,软硬件设施短缺等现实问题,结合计算机学科特点,服务于中职教育的培养目标和职业世界对中职人才知识结构的需求,提出了以生为本、因材施教、精理论、多实践、重能力、求创新的教学改革指导思想,拟通过教学理念、教学内容、教学模式、教学方法和评价体系的变革,来实现人才培养模式的转变,促进教学质量的提高,落实就业导向、职教富民的宗旨。
