| Abstract: | The paper outlined successful implementation of Steckel mill in ferrous metal industry; combined with the first 1600mm pilot multi-purpose Steckel mill in CNPT, the paper presented the mill compositions and main technical characteristics; and it highlighted characteristics, compositions and design approach of the hydraulic servo system in the mill. |
