摘 要: | 本文阐述一种化学成分要求苛刻的精钢材的冶炼过程,冶炼流程为30t EAF-LF-VHD。详述了冶炼精钢材保证化学成分合格的各工序控制难点及冶炼操作的要点,达到电炉脱磷至w(P)≤0.001%、LF炉脱硫至w(S)≤0.003%以及VHD炉精炼深脱硫至w(S)≤0.001%。

Abstract: | The smelting process of fine steel, of which chemical composition required is strict, was described. The steelmaking process is 30t EAF - LF - VHD. The control difficulties and the key of smelting operation for each process is presented, which can ensure chemical composition qualified, such as, dephophorization of EAF to P≤0.001%, desulfurization of LF to S ≤0.003% and desulfurization of VHD to S≤0. 001%. |
