基于混沌理论的心电信号特性研究

摘    要:按照混沌理论分析心电信号。采用C-C算法估计心电信号的延迟时间τ和嵌入维数m,并与自相关函数法的计算结果进行对比,在二维相空间重构图上进行验证。结果表明C-C算法优于自相关函数法。分别计算健康人及室性失常病人、束支传导阻滞病人和室上病变病人心电信号的Lyapunov指数,对比发现健康人与各类心脏病人的Lyapunov指数之间存在显著差别。

Abstract:ECG(electrocardiograph) signals were analyzed according to the chaos theory. C- C method was applied to estimate the time delay and embedding dimension of ECG signals. Compared with the result of autocorrelation function method and validated in two- di- mensional phase space graph. We could found that C- C method was better than autocorrelation function method. The max Lyapunov exponents of healthy people' s and premature ventricular contraction and bundle branch block and supraventricular patients' ECG signals were calculated respectively. On the basis of comparative study, significant differences were found between the Lyapunov expo- nents of healthy people and three kind of heart disease patients.
