| 摘 要： | 区域土地利用总体规划实施效果综合评价指标体系研究,对于认识土地利用总体规划的战略地位,加强规划编制的科学性、实用性与可操作性具有重要作用。依据土地利用总体规划的基本理论,探讨了土地利用总体规划实施效果综合评价指标的内涵、体系和评价方法,并以连云港市为例进行了实证分析,提出了连云港市加强土地利用总体规划修编的科学性与实用性的建议。

| Abstract: | Researches in comprehensive evaluating index system for overall land use planning are of great importance in understanding the strategic role of land use planning and making the work under discussion more scientific,practical and feasible. Based on the basic theories of land planning,this paper discusses the contents,systematic scheme and evaluating methods of comprehensive evaluating indexes in overall land use planning.It proceeds to investigate into the situation of Lianyungang City,and puts forward concrete suggestions for the local government to further enhance scientific and feasible overall land use planning. |
