陶瓷过滤机在金川铜镍精矿生产中的应用

陶瓷过滤机在80年代新开发的一种新型高效节能过滤机，在铅、锌、硫等精矿中应用较多。金川公司选矿厂为了解决压滤机过滤效率低、成本高等问题，从1996年开始进行陶瓷过滤机小型试验，研究解决金川铜镍精矿矿浆粘度大、粒度细等问题。1999年初开始使用陶瓷过滤机，经过一年的攻关，改进陶瓷过滤机的过滤工艺，现已取得较为明显的效果。
