石油磺酸盐对A3钢腐蚀速率的影响

摘    要:采用静、动态挂片失重法研究石油磺酸盐及石油磺酸盐与聚丙烯酰胺组成的二元复合体系对A3钢腐蚀速率的影响;用电化学参数法研究石油磺酸盐对A3钢的腐蚀电流与其浓度的关系。首次用灰关联分析法研究复杂动态体系(二元复合体系)在油田污水中各主要成分对A3钢腐蚀的影响程度。结果表明,在油田污水中,石油磺酸盐对A3钢的腐蚀速率有抑制作用。

Abstract:The impact of PSHPAM on the corrosion behavior of A3 carbon steel is studied by stagnant, dynamic weight loss. The relation between concentration of PS and corrosion current is studied by method of polarization curve. The Grey relation grand was used in PSHPAM system. However, the results show that PS has significant impact on corrosion of A3 carbon steel in simulating cal field produced water.
