| Abstract: | The quality standard of automobile large-scale plastic outside part was summarized. The forming mechanism of weld mark was analyzed. The measures to avoid the weld mark caused by different factors were put forward based on experiences. The approach to avoid the weld mark generated during the adjusting process of the injection mould for automobile large-scale plastic outside part, and specific technique of amending the mould cavity were discussed in detail. |
