摘    要:采用高集成度低功耗单片RF接收器、低功耗SoC单片机及ARM微控制器等设计了具有RF遥控功能的指纹锁.针对指纹锁的特点,设计了基于ARM控制器LPC2468、指纹传感器MBF200、静态存储器IS61LV51216、串口Flash存储器M25P128,语音芯片ML2282、键盘扫描器MAX6954的指纹锁控制系统,以及基于低功耗的SoC微控制器C8051F930、RF接收器Si4330、直流电机驱动器MC33899的遥控开关锁系统,重点介绍了C8051F930的/INT0和SPI0中断服务程序,并设计并实现了指纹锁结构.试验结果表明,该遥控指纹锁具有功耗低、操作可靠、安全等特点.
