摘    要:建立ICP-MS测定痕量钒的测定方法。通过试验优选适宜的仪器测定参数,并进行方法试验。方法线性范围1-100μg/L,检出限0.305μg/L,加标回收率101%-110%。结果表明,在选定的仪器工作条件下测定,精密度和准确度均满足要求。

Abstract:The determination of trace vanadium was performed by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The digestion condition and the parameters of ICP-MS were optimized.The linear range of lansoprazole was 1-100μg/L,detection limit of the method was 0.305μg/L and the recoveries were between 101%-110%.The results show that the method has good accuracy and precision and it can meet the requirements of analysis under the optimum conditions.
