| 摘 要： | 大力推广装配式混凝土建筑是推动传统建筑业转型升级的重要趋势。通过比较装配式混凝土建筑和传统现浇建筑的成本差异，从装配式混凝土建筑全建造各阶段分析成本影响因素，并结合政策、行业和企业情况提出成本优化对策。

| Abstract: | It is an important trend to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional construction industry to vigorously promote prefabricated concrete buildings. By comparing the cost difference between prefabricated concrete buildings and traditional cast-in-place buildings, the cost influencing factors are analyzed from each stage of the whole construction of prefabricated concrete buildings. And the cost optimization countermeasures are proposed based on the policy, industry and enterprise conditions. |
