基于电磁感应加热钻具螺纹的工艺研究及应用

摘    要:石油钻井用井下钻具的连接螺纹采用涂高强度粘结胶并旋紧至指定扭矩范围的方法,但以此造成了工具在检修时由于高强度胶的粘结作用,螺纹拆卸较为困难。为此,在现有电磁感应加热技术的基础上,进行定向集成化设计及可行性研究,形成了电磁感应加热工艺,研制了一体式电磁感应加热设备,并对设备进行了应用及效果评价。应用结果表明:设备的最大加热渗透壁厚达到38.0 mm,可满足不同规格、不同壁厚的螺纹加热工艺需求,且壁厚和外径越小,线圈贴合间隙越小,加热速度越快,时间越短,热渗透及扩散越均匀。该设备的研制成功为井下钻具螺纹的拆卸提供了一种新方法,同时大幅提高了工作效率,降低了成本。

Abstract:The downhole drilling tool adopts the thread connection by coating with high-strength adhesive and tightening to the specified torque range.However,it is difficult to break out the thread due to the bonding effect of the high-strength adhesive during maintenance.To address the problem,based on the existing electromagnetic induction heating technology,a directional integrated design and feasibility study are carried out.An electromagnetic induction heating process is formed,an integrated electromagnetic induction heating apparatus is developed,and the application and performance evaluation of the apparatus are carried out.The application results show that the maximum heating penetration wall thickness reaches 38.0 mm by means of the apparatus,which can meet the heating requirements of different threads with different specifications and wall thicknesses.Smaller wall thickness and outer diameter with smaller coil bonding gap could provide faster heating speed and more uniform heat penetration and diffusion.The successful development of this apparatus greatly improves work efficiency and reduces costs.
