摘    要:岸边集装箱起重机是港口集装箱装卸的主要设备,前拉杆对起重机的大梁起支撑作用,前拉杆的应力释放孔边缘在循环载荷作用下容易发生断裂,造成经济损失和人员伤亡.文中开展基于磁致伸缩超声导波的前拉杆监测技术研究,采集并分析不同环境温度下的监测信号,得到信号幅值随环境温度增加而增大的变化规律.开展前拉杆应力释放孔边缘裂纹扩展的监测...

Abstract:Quay container crane is the main equipment of port container stevedoring.The front drawbar sustains the girder and the edge of the stress relief hole on front drawbar is easy to break under cyclic loads,causing economic loss and casualties.In this paper,the magnetostrictive guided wave crack monitoring technology of front drawbar was studied.Signals under different ambient temperatures were collected and analyzed.And it was obtained that the amplitude of the monitoring signal increases with the increase of the ambient temperature.The monitoring experiment of the crack growth at the edge of the stress release hole was carried out.And the influence of crack propagation on monitoring signal was analyzed in time domain,time-frequency domain and frequency domain.An environmental temperature compensation algorithm was proposed and applied to study the change trend of monitoring signal with crack evolution at different ambient temperatures.The experimental results show that the monitoring method can reflect the evolution of the edge crack of the stress release hole,and can realize the long-term health monitoring of the front drawbar.
