摘    要:异地建造和建筑信息模型(BIM)等技术在减少材料浪费等方面为建筑业带来了效益,并为可持续建造提供了解决方案。但轻型框架建筑行业仍产生大量的建筑废弃物。因此,本文提出一种基于BIM的自动化方法,通过装配式建筑屋顶覆盖层安装设计,减少覆盖材料浪费。设计基于BIM的覆盖层布局设计算法,实现了施工设计的自动化,并对生成的布局进行优化,以最大限度减少覆盖层材料浪费。本文结合两个实例验证该方法在减少屋顶覆盖材料浪费方面的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:Technologies such as off-site construction and building information model (BIM) have brought benefits to the construction industry in reducing material waste, and provided solutions for sustainable construction. However, the light frame construction industry still produces a large amount of construction waste. Therefore, this paper proposes an automation method based on BIM to reduce the waste of covering materials by realizing the design of roof covering installation of prefabricated buildings. A covering layout design algorithm based on BIM is designed to realize the automation of construction design and optimize the generated layout to minimize the waste of covering materials. Combined with two practical examples, this paper verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of this method in reducing the waste of roof covering materials.
