西北农村住宅现状分析及装配式建筑应用研究

以西北农村住宅为研究背景，以甘肃某村庄为研究对象，通过实地考察，了解村民的居住现状。根据调研，农村住宅现以砖混结构为主，主要建造方式为个人自建，建造和使用过程中能源消耗较大。鉴于此，应用装配式建筑于农村住宅至关重要。分析了装配式建筑在农村住宅中应用的优劣，并对推广装配式建筑在农村的应用进行了研究。

Analysis of present situation of rural houses in northwest China and research on application of prefabricated buildings

In this paper, the rural houses in northwest China are taken as the research background, and a village in Gansu is taken as the research object. Through field investigation, the living status of villagers is known. According to the survey, houses in rural areas are mainly brick-concrete structures, the main way of construction is individual selfconstruction, and the energy consumption is huge in the process of construction and use. In view of this, it is important to apply prefabricated buildings to rural houses. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of prefabricated buildings in rural houses, and studies how to promote the application of prefabricated buildings in rural areas.
