稀土氧化物含量对99氧化铝陶瓷基板性能影响研究

摘    要:氧化铝陶瓷由于性价比高,是目前应用最广泛的陶瓷基板材料。在大功率LED领域,99氧化铝陶瓷基板可满足性能要求。本文在99氧化铝粉体基础上添加稀土氧化物进行改性,研究CeO2、La2O3两种添加剂含量对其性能的影响。结果表明,当烧结温度与保温时间相同时,随着稀土氧化物含量的增加,烧结试样的各项性能基本呈先增加后减小的趋势,一般在稀土氧化物加入量为0.50wt%时最佳,在质量分数相同时,在99氧化铝陶瓷粉体中添加0.5wt%La2O3所得性能较好。

Abstract:Alumina ceramics is the most widely used ceramic substrate material at present because of its high cost performance. 99 alumina substrate can meet the performance requirements in the field of high-power LED. In this study, rare earth oxide is added to 99 alumina for modification, and the effects of CeO2 and La2O3 additive contents on the properties are studied. The results show that when the sintering temperature and holding time are the same, with the increase of rare earth oxide content, the properties of sintered samples basically show a trend of increasing first and then decreasing. Generally, the properties reach the best when the rare earth oxide addition is 0.50wt%. When the mass fraction is the same, the performance with 0.5wt% La2O3 added to 99 alumina ceramic powder is relatively good.
