智能化综采工作面采煤机与液压支架协同控制技术应用研究

摘    要:针对智能化综采工作面采煤机截煤与液压支架自动跟机移架协同效率低、经常需要人工干预等问题,依据工作面回采作业工序,将采煤机截煤与移架作业工序进行细化分解,重新对应匹配生成新的协同作业工序,同时增设协同作业操作控制逻辑,形成了采煤机与液压支架协同作业控制技术。通过现场应用,该技术能够有效减少人工干预,提高工作面生产作业效率,为井下采煤工作面自动化无人开采提供了技术支撑。

Abstract:In view of the problems such as low cooperative effciency of shearer cutting coal and hydraulic support automatic moving following shearer,and the frequent need for manual intervention in intelligent fully mechanized mining face,according to the working procedure of mining face,the working procedures of shearer cutting coal and moving support were fine-grained subdivided,and a new cooperative working procedure was generated by correspondence matching,the collaborative operation control logic was added,and formed the collaborative operation control technology of shearer and hydraulic support.Through field application,the technology can effectively reduce the manual intervention,improve the production efficiency of the working face,and provide technical support for the realization of unmanned automatic mining in coal mining face.
