预应力混凝土管桩在砂质地层适应性研究

摘    要:成桩过程无法达到设计标高、桩身垂直度难以控制以及桩头破裂是预应力管桩在砂层施工中的常见问题。某电厂项目上部结构使用荷载较大,对地基不均匀沉降要求较高,为更好控制地基不均匀沉降,在地基基础施工前采用强夯法进行预处理。本文分析了地基预处理管桩施工过程中挤土效应对桩基承载力的影响。

Abstract:The problems such as the failure to reach the design elevation, the difficulty to control the perpendicularity of the pile body and the crack of the pile head are common in the construction of prestressed pipe pile in sand layer. The upper structure of a power plant project has a large load, which has higher requirements in the uneven settlement of foundation. In order to control the uneven settlement of the foundation, the dynamic compaction method is used to pretreat the foundation before the foundation construction. This paper analyzes the influence of soil compaction effect on the bearing capacity of pile foundation in the construction process of foundation pretreatment pipe pile.
