摘    要:轮式牵引器的牵引力由驱动轮与套管的接触摩擦力决定.目前对驱动轮与套管的接触摩擦研究分析多采用考虑犁沟效应下的单齿模型,未考虑接触部位滑动时的剪切作用.为此,提出了驱动轮六面体梯形齿结构,引入黏着理论,同时考虑黏着效应和犁沟效应,建立了驱动轮与套管之间的力学模型,推导出相应效应下的摩擦因数公式,采用数值模拟的方法对驱动轮...

Abstract:The traction force of a wheel tractor is determined by the contact friction between the driving wheel and the casing.At present,the research and analysis of the contact friction between the driving wheel and the casing mostly adopt the single-tooth model considering the furrow effect,neglecting the shear effect of the contact part while sliding.In view of this,the hexahedral trapezoidal tooth structure of the driving wheel is proposed.By introducing the adhesion theory and considering the adhesion effect and the furrow effect,the mechanical model between the driving wheel and the casing is established.The friction factor formula under the corresponding effect is derived.The numerical simulation method is used to optimize driving wheel tooth parameters.The analysis results show that:the friction factor between the drive wheel and the casing should be the sum of the adhesion effect friction factor and the furrow effect friction factor,and its value is 1.046.When the casing damage is light,the best drive wheel teeth parameters have the tooth crest angle of 105°,tooth inclination angle of 120°,and bottom length of 4 mm.The study can provide a theoretical basis and design reference for the improvement of the traction force of the wheel tractor and the design of the driving wheel.
