| 摘 要： | 佛手含有黄酮类、挥发油、多糖类、香豆素类等活性成分,其中黄酮类化合物是佛手药材的主要有效成分,具有抗氧化、抗动脉硬化、降血脂等作用,有较高的药用价值和保健功能。对佛手中黄酮类化合物的提取、分离、生理活性及保健功能研究进展进行综述,为佛手黄酮的深入研究及开发利用提供参考。

| Abstract: | Bergamot contains flavonoids,volatile oils,polysaccharides,coumarins and other active components,among which,flavonoids are the main effective ingredients.Bergamot flavonoids have special medicinal value and various health care functions on anti-oxidation,anti-arteriosclerosis and lowering blood-lipid levels.This review summarized the extraction and separation methods of bergamot flavonoids,as well as their physiological activities and health care functions,which could provide a valuable reference for the further study and utilization of bergamot flavonoids. |
