Abstract:Since the jamming of the detector in the marine pipeline will cause serious economic losses and even accidents,it is necessary to consider the driving force of the internal detector and its passage capacity when running in the pipeline.The internal detector adopts a cup-shaped design to use the pressure difference of the cup to produce a driving force on the cup to make the detector operate.The movement characteristics of the internal detector at straight pipe sections,elbows and obstacles are analyzed.To determine the appropriate sampling frequency,the operating speed of the internal detector under different pressure differences in the pipeline is calculated.The simulation results show that the smallest radius of curvature elbow that the internal detector can pass smoothly is a 1.5 D elbow.Within 0.5 s to 1.5 s,the three cups of the detector pass through obstacles in turn,and the pressure increment changes sequentially.Due to the speed change,the pressure increase time of the three cups is different.The middle cup is squeezed from the inside of the bend when passing through the curve pipe,and the middle cup pressure increases first,and then the front and rear cups together produce a larger pressure increase.The pressure increase of the rear cup does not change much.When the internal detector passes 1/2 of the pipe elbow,the pressure increment of the front cup begins to decrease,and the pressure increment of the rear cup begins to increase.The research can provide data support for the size design and field application of the marine pipeline internal detector.
