稀土钼顶头材质的研究

摘    要:粉冶态钼顶头在TZC材质的基础上,通过添加单一稀土铈、钇和同时添加铈钇稀土元素,对其高温强度、硬度和金相组织等进行了研究及现场穿孔试验。研究发现:在TZC合金中添加铈可以较大地提高合金的硬度;添钇可以较大地提高合金的强度;同时添铈、钇,可产生复合强化效应,合金的高温强度、硬都有较大幅度提高,使钼顶头穿不锈钢坯数量在添加单一稀土铈强化的基础上再增加25%左右。

Abstract:Based on TZC material for PIM Mo ejector,study and on-the -site tests were made in respect of the high-temperature strength and hardness and microscopic structures of the TZC alloy with the addition of single RE cerium and also Ce-Yt RE element.The results showed that the addition of Ce in the alloy can greatly improve the alloy hardness while addition of Yt can greatly improve the alloy high-temperature strength.The addition of both Ce amd Yt at the same time will result in compound intensifying effect with much larger high-temperature strength and hardness,allowing for~25%more ST billet-through capacity
