摘    要:为解决工业控制中日益复杂的逻辑结构,以网络监控系统为对象,该系统以嵌入式Linux操作系统为核心,提出了基于网络的嵌入式总线控制器设计和实现的一个比较完整的解决方案.利用串口及CAN总线与底层I/O节点进行数据通信,主控制台可以直接联入Internet网,应用嵌入式系统中的网络功能,将系统故障信息向主控制台中心的服务器传递,实现远程诊断,并实现对下层设备的实时监控.系统在测试环境中运行稳定,网络延迟小于100ms,该系统经过扩充具有潜在的应用价值.

Abstract:In order to solve the logic structure which is getting more and more complicated in the industry control system, based on the network monitor system, using the embedded Linux operation system, put forward a comparably complete resolve method of the design and implement based on the network bus controller. Using the RS-232 and CAN controller bus to communicate with the I/O node, and implementing the real-time monitor of the underlayer, the main console can directly connect into the Internet with the network function of the embedded system, passing the information of the system trouble to the main console, implementing the long -distance diagnosis. This system runs stably during the test and the network delay is less than 100ms, this system has the potential application value after being extended.
