| Abstract: | The software for a certain GPATS is developed in the PAWS software development platform.The development of the driver for automatic test equipment(ATE) is one of the important parts in GPATS development.The paper introduced the method that was used to develop the driver in C language.All techniques were applied in the GPATS,and the results can validate the value of the method mentioned above. |
