摘    要:采用低温气体多元共渗处理工艺,对经处理的球墨铸铁和灰口铸铁的显微硬度进行研究。结果表明,经多元共渗处理后,在球墨铸铁表面形成含有碳化物和氮化物的钝化层、共渗层和过渡层。其表面硬度可达807HV,渗层厚度40um。较之含镍17%的灰口铸铁,可显著降低成本。

Abstract:The microhardaess of nodular cast iron and grey cast iron treated by the technology of low temperature gas multicomponcnt permeation was studied. The results show that passivation layer,permeated layer and buffer layer which contain carbide and nitride were formed on nodular cast surface after gas multicomponent permeation. The surface hardness reaches to 807 HV and depth of permeated layer is 40 um. Compared with grey cast iron which the content of nickel is 17%, the cost was lower evidently.
