AMPS/HMOPTA/AM共聚物降滤失剂的合成及性能

摘    要:采用2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸、2-羟基-3-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲基氯化铵、丙烯酰胺共聚,合成了一种抗高温抗盐降滤失剂,考察了合成共聚物对钻井液的降滤失效果。结果表明,合成共聚物在淡水钻井液、盐水钻井液、饱和盐水钻井液、复合盐水钻井液、含钙盐水钻井液及现场钻井液中均具有良好的降滤失作用。当共聚物在新濮1-153井浆中用量为1.0%时,基浆的滤失量分别从老化前后的43mL和92mL降至4mL和7mL。抗高温、抗盐尤其抗高价离子污染能力强,防塌效果好。共聚物用量为0.5%时,页岩滚动回收率试验中,相对回收率达96%以上。

Abstract:A new filtrate reducer consisting of 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid/2-hydroxy-3-methylpropylacryamidoxyltrimethyl ammonium chloride/acrylamide copolymer with high heat resistance and salt tolerance was synthesized by redox initiation.Their performances were evaluated in laboratory.The experimental results showed that 2-acrylamido-2- methyl propanesulfonic acid/2-hydroxy-3-methylpropylacryamidoxyltrimethylammoniumchloride/acrylamide polymer behaved well in depressing filter loss.When the copolymer was used at 1.0% in Xinpu 1-153 well,the filtrate loss was decreased from 43 before aging and 92/mL after aging to 4 and 7 mL repectively.The copolymer also had good heat resistance salt tolerance,and hole sloughing prevention.When the copolymer was used at 0.5% in the test of shale roll recovery,the relative recovery was over 96%.
