大型储罐海水试压防腐施工技术

摘    要:在沿海地区采用丰富的海水进行大型储罐试压沉降,可节约大量的淡水资源,获得显著的经济和社会效益。采用该方案的关键是防海水对储罐的腐蚀。文章在论述了采用物理隔离防护和电化学防护相结合工艺原理的基础上.从罐体海水试压防腐蚀设计、罐体铝合金阳极安装、试压系统安装、罐体临时防护漆涂刷、海水试压及排放处理、罐体冲洗及检测等方面阐述了大型储罐海水试压防腐施工技术。
