化学镀镍制品铬酸钝化与否的判断

摘    要:以化学镀镍产品为试样,探索了判断镀镍层是否经过铬酸盐(CrO3)钝化处理的方法。采用酸溶法并通过控制酸度和溶解时间有效地剥离出铬酸(盐)钝化膜,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP—AES)测定总铬量。

Abstract:The detective method was explored for judging whether the chromate conversion coating was formed on electroless nickel plating products.The effective dissolution of chromate conversion coating in acidic solution could be controlled by acidity and treatment period. The total content of chromium was determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES).
