| 摘 要： | 中部崛起为湖北提供了巨大的发展机遇。湖北应把握一个定位——中部崛起的战略支点,树立两个目标——创新湖北、和谐湖北,实施三大战略——工业强省战略、人才兴省战略、环境亮省战略,推进四大工程——产业创新工程、城镇化工程、信息化工程和国际化工程,从而全面提升湖北竞争力,实现在中部的率先崛起。

| Abstract: | To accelerate the economy development of Central China, China government constitutes a series of favorable policies which provide an enormous opportunity for Hubei province. An exact orientation of Hubei must be set up as strategic pole of the Central China. Aiming for building a harmonious and innovational Hubei,it needs to exert all advantages of Hubei, such as industry, human resources, environment, and so on. The competence of Hubei will be improved remarkably through the implement of four strategic projects. |
