摘    要:分析了某电站轴流定桨式叶片开裂原因。通过对断口的宏观形貌、材质的化学成分、硬度、显微组织的分析,认为叶片开裂原因是由于根部补焊区存在缺陷,在应力的作用下产生疲劳裂纹。

Abstract:The cause of cracking for axial flow fixed paddle-type vane in a power station has been analyzed.By analyzing the macroscopic appearance,chemical composition of materials,hardness and microscopic structure of fractures,it is considered that the cause of cracking is the defects existing in the bottom repair welding area so as to form the fatigue cracks under the stress.
