涤纶短纤维后拉伸控制系统的改造

摘    要:介绍运用SIEMENS全数字直流控制和网络通讯技术对我厂1986年引进NEUMAG后拉伸生产线原SIEMENS模拟直流调速系统进行全面升级改造,使系统的可靠性和稳定性大大提高,且满足生产工艺开发细旦短纤维的要求,机电一体化水平达到国际先进水平。

Abstract:The overall up date modifications using SIEMENS total digital direct current control technique and network communication technique on the original SIEMENS simulated direct current speed regulation system in MEUMAG after-drawing production line imported in 1986 were introduced.The reliability and stability of the system was improved a lot,the development requirements of fine denier staple fiber production process were met, the mechanical and electrical merge into an organic whole level can reach the international advanced level.
