| Abstract: | This paper cites the progress of screen printing over the past 10 years and gives a detailed introduction to some domestic PCB printing materials.It points out that only by innovation of silk-screen printing material,equipment and technique can this technology expand to high-tech areas and have an advantage in PCB manufacturing. |
