羊毛细度与横截面几何参量的微机图象分析

摘    要:本文采用微机图象处理技术自动测量羊毛细度与其横截面几何形态参数的新方法,在自建的微机图象处理系统上,对羊毛的横截面进行采样,经图象预处理,提取横截面形态参数,然后计算出其细度指标及横截面的形状因子等,与传统测试方法相比,具有自动化程度高,速度快,精度好等优点。

Abstract:In this paper, a new method of automatically measuring the fineness and the geometric parameters of the wool by the microcomputer image processing technique is introduced. The cross section of the fiber of the wool is obtained by the system. After image preprocessing, the parameters of the fineness and the shape factor of the cross section are calculated automatically. Compared with the traditional measurement method, the new one is quick, accurate and convenient.
