高速滚子轴承的拟动态分析计算

摘    要:本文建立了高速滚子轴承的拟动态分析计算模型和方法,研究了浪子凸度、滚子倾斜及滚子歪斜等因素对高速滚子轴承工作性能的影响。采用分片计算法确定滚子上载荷分布规律,用数值稳定性好的BFGS变尺度法求解非线性方程组。通过对某航空发动机转子的圆柱滚子轴承进行分析计算,证实了本文方法的实用性。

Abstract:The quasi-dynamic model and thd analysis method of high speed roller hearings established inthis paper , and influences of convexity , inclination and skew of rollers on bearing performance are investi-gated. The load dsitribution along a roller is calculated by means of dividing the roller into thin sections and the non-linear equations of quasi-dynamic analysis are solved by BFGS algorithm which has high stability indata. The practicality of this methed has been confirmed by quasi-dynamic analysis and calculation of aroller bearing of an aeroengine rotor.
