铸件机械加工余量及尺寸公差快速确定方法的研究

摘    要:铸件机械加工余量对加工质量和生产成本有重要影响,在对机械加工工艺过程及铸件制造工艺方法进行分析的基础上,对影响铸件机械加工余量确定的因素进行了系统的研究,找出了关键影响因素.以此为基础,提出了一种基于神经网络的铸件机械加工余量和尺寸公差的快速确定方法,建立了神经网络模型,完成了输入因素的归一化处理.通过实例分析和仿真实验证明,选择合理的网络结构和样本参数就可以快速确定铸件机械加工余量和尺寸公差.

Abstract:Roughcast allowances have an important effect on machining quality and production cost. In this paper, based on the analysis process of machining and the method of roughcast manufacturing, the factors influencing on determining roughcast allowances are studied systemically, and the key influencing factors are found out. On the basis of this, a method for rapid determining roughcast allowances and tolerance based upon ANN is presented, ANN model is set up, and unitary processing about input factors is finished. It is proved via the example analysis and simulation experiment that roughcast allowances and tolerance can be rapid determined only by selecting rational and logical network frame and sample parameters.
