激光测距仪距离模拟源技术研究与精度分析

摘    要:在对激光测距仪进行性能测试时,需要输入高精度、稳定且可调的仿真距离测试值.对激光测距仪的地面距离模拟源技术进行了研究,设计了集成激光接收和发射单元的距离模拟源系统,通过使用同步时钟计数的方法实现长度可实时输入的延时,以模拟激光测距仪从激光发射到接收激光回波间的时间间隔,并对影响距离模拟精度的系统误差和随机误差源进行了分析和计算,最后通过高精度时间间隔测量装置对距离模拟源进行了实际模拟精度的测量,验证了距离模拟源提供的距离值的绝对精度和相对精度.

Abstract:In the performance test of a laser range finder, the distance data with high precise,stable and adjustable are input.The laser ground distance source was studied, which provided simulating distance for laser range finder. The distance source system was designed to integrate laser receiving with emitting unit. The synchronized clock counting was used to realize the real-time input of time delay. The time interval between laser emitting and receiving echo wave of laser range finder was simulated. The system errors and random errors, which affected the simulating precision of distance source, were theoretically analyzed and calculated. Then the actual precision of the distance source was measured by a high precision time interval measurement device to testify the precision of the simulating distance.
