| Abstract: | Entire network business(ENB) is on the road of rapid development recently,and it needs new IT support means.This article gives the definition of ENB and introduces ENB types,analyzes the requirements of ENB on IT support systems and challenges it brings to IT with enhanced telecom operations map (eTOM)theory,and refines three IT support patterns to ENB which gain good effect in practical applications. |
