卷烟吸阻和滤棒压降测量值与大气压力的关系

摘    要:为研究不同地域环境大气压力差异对卷烟吸阻和滤棒压降测量结果的影响,选择不同吸阻值的标准棒作为实验样品,在3个不同海拔高度的实验室,按温湿度标准条件进行了实际测量。结果表明:①在高海拔地区,当大气压力超出国家标准GB/T16447《烟草和烟草制品调节和测试的大气环境》的要求后,会对吸阻的测量结果产生比较明显的影响;②通常随着海拔高度的增加,吸阻的测量值会变小,且大气压力与吸阻的测量结果近似为正相关关系。得出了在某些高海拔地区吸阻测量结果的修正方法。

Abstract:In order to investigate the influence of atmospheric pressure (AP) on the measurements of pressure drop (PD) of filter rod and draw resistance of cigarette, the PDs of 23 standard rod with nominal PD of 0.93-12.55kPa were measured in three laboratories at three districts of different altitudes, Kunming (AP 80kPa), Guiyang (AP 90kPa) and Zhengzhou (AP 101.3kPa), under the temperature and humidity conditions defined by national standard, GB/T16447 Tobacco and Tobacco Product Atmospheric Environment for Adjustment and Measurement. The results indicated that the measurements of pressure drop decreased at higher altitude districts. The correction method of pressure drop for higher altitude laboratory was given.
