摘    要:通过分析焦化氨水和H.P.F脱硫废液处理工艺,以及对氨法脱硫工艺进行详细的计算,提出了以焦化氨水和H.P.F脱硫废液中的氨为碱源对锅炉烟道气脱硫的新工艺。分析结果表明,由于回收了氨,使硫铵产能提高20%以上,减少外购98%浓硫酸2 109 kg/h。新工艺氨的来源能得到保证,同时也满足了燃煤锅炉应用高硫劣质煤种的环保要求。

Abstract:The process of ammonia water as well as HPF waste water treatment is presented in this paper.And a new process for boiler flue gas desulfurization by means of coking ammonia water and HPF waste water is proposed as well based on the process calculation.The calculation result also shows that the output of ammonium sulfate increases by more than 20%,and therefore the purchased 98% sulfuric acid can be 2 109 kg/h less accordingly.With application of this proposed technology,the ammonia supply for desulfurizati...
