磁短路环在永磁操动机构中的应用

摘    要:在对永磁机构进行电磁场计算和分析的基础上提出了一种基于磁分路原理的永磁机构磁短路环设计方案。分析了磁短路环的工作原理,给出了磁短路环设计中的结构参数和材料的选用原则。它适用于12 kV、40.5 kV户内外真空断路器用单稳态永磁搡动机构的手动分闸设计。

Abstract:On basis of electromagnetic field calculation and analysis on a permanent magnetic operating mechanism, the paper carries forward a magnetic short-circuited ring for a permanent magnetic mechanism based on branch magnetism principle. The thesis also analyses working principle of the magnetic short circuited ring, recommends structural parameters in magnetic short circuited ring and its selection principle. The method is suitable for manual opening in single stability permanent magnetic operating mechanism in 12kV, 40.5kA outdoor and indoor vacuum circuit breakers.
