CIMS工程的人机一体化系统研究

摘    要:人机一体化系统是在感知、思维、执行3个层次上,把人作为一个高级智能“人件”,强调人在系统回路中的重要性,由人和机器共同组成的系统。文中介绍了由人的感知通过人机界面让机器收集信息的感知层,人的思维经过人机耦合使机器处理信息的思维层,人的运动器官与机器合作的执行层所构成的人机一体化系统的3层结构模型及其功能。分析了人机一体化系统在CIMS工程应用中,工程设计、生产制造、质量保证、营销体系等分系统内人和机器所具有的功能。

Abstract:Humachined system consists of human and machine, based on three layers of perceiving and thinking and executing, human is considered as senior intelligent "humanware". The importance of human is emphasized in the system cooperation. The three layers of structure model and its function of humachined system are introduced. The three layers are the perceiving layer that the machine collects information through human-machine interface by human perceiving, the thinking layer that the human thought makes the machine to handle information through human-machine coupling, the executing layer that is cooperated by human kinetic organ and machine. The application of humachined system in CIMS engineering, and the function of human and machine in subsystems that are project design, product manufacturing, quality guarantee and sale system is also analyzed in this article.
