| 摘 要： | 我国缺油少气相对富煤，煤炭精细化利用、开发先进的燃煤系统是燃煤工业锅炉的必然选择。发达国家依托煤粉浓相燃烧技术发展的煤粉工业锅炉系统已很成熟。自主研发的高出力浓相供料器、大功率逆喷式浓相燃烧器及双锥燃烧室、大容积煤粉塔、灰钙循环脱硫布袋除尘一体化装置等煤粉工业锅炉系统的核心和关键装备也已在20t／h以上锅炉成功应用。

| Abstract: | Since the energy structure of China is short of petroleum and gas, relatively rich in coal, thus fine utiliza- tion of coal and the development of advanced coal-fired system is the inevitable choice for the industrial boilers industry. Pulverized coal-fired industrial boiler system ,which is based on the pulverized coal dense phase combustion technology , has been mature in developed countries. The self developed core and key equipments for pulverized coal-fired industrial boilers include the high output-dense phase feeder, the high power-reversed injection-dense phase burner and the double cones-shaped combustion chamber, the large size tower for pulverized coal and the integrated device with the functions of ash calcium cycling desulfurization and bag dust removal. |
