天幕靶用二维转台控制系统研究

摘    要:
为了满足天幕靶在不同地理环境下调平定位快速、准确的需求,运用电控转台技术设计了一种可以自动调平定位的天幕靶用二维转台。详细阐述了天幕专用转台的功能需求,技术难点与关键技术,应用单片机技术实现了控制系统的设计。针对转台高静态精度需求的特点,在MATLAB环境下,运用位置误差信号设计了系统PID控制算法,数值仿真与实验数据证明,系统两轴的控制超调量为30%,调整稳定时间约3秒。

Abstract:
Electric turntable technology was presented to satisfy leveling and locating the sky-screen automatically quickly and accurately in different geographical environment.The functional requirements,technical difficulties and key technologies in designing sky-screen turntable are presented as well as implementation based on MCU is explained in detail.In order to satisfy high still location accuracy,system specified PID control algorithm based on location error is investigated through MATLAB.Numerical simulation and testing data indicate that the overshoot is less than 30%,the transition time is in 3 seconds.
