| 摘 要： | 京杭运河是与万里长城媲美的历史文化遗产 ,运河与其端点城市杭州有着紧密的依存关系 ,运河沿岸地带的再开发是杭州“建经济强市 ,创文化名城”的重要环节。依据运河与杭州城市的历史和未来依存关系 ,立足于城市整体布局和空间开发 ,对运河在城市中的功能定位和开发方向提出了规划方案 ,并对沿河地带的空间布局和规划设计提出了整体构想
