拉索漏磁检测磁化器有限元分析与设计

摘    要:提出一种采用有限元法对在役桥梁拉索漏磁检测磁化器的各几何参数进行设计的方法。以PESF7-163型平行钢丝拉索为例,通过分析磁化器各项几何参数的变化对拉索内部磁场和缺陷漏磁信号的影响,得到漏磁场轴向分量随磁化器几何尺寸的变化规律,并通过试验对按上述方法设计的磁化器进行了验证,试验结果与有限元仿真结果完全相符。

Abstract:A finite element method(FEM)to analyze and design magnetizer’s geometric parameters for cable magnetic flux leakage(MFL)testing was introduced.Taking PESH7-163 parallel wire strand for example,the magnetizer size influence on cable magnetic field and MFL signals were analyzed so as to obtain correlation curves of MFL axial component which changing with magnetizer size.The experimental results confirm this design and agree with the simulation with FEM.
