应用高温冲击测定铁素体不锈钢韧脆转变温度

摘    要:利用玻尔兹曼函数模型对含镍铁素体不锈钢铸坯系列冲击试验的试验数据进行拟合,得到了冲击韧脆转变曲线。结果表明:当曲线的韧性上与脆性下平台明显时,玻尔兹曼函数在拟合冲击韧脆转变曲线过程中具有良好的应用效果,并基于解析的拟合曲线测得该钢铸坯的韧脆转变温度为168℃。

Abstract:Nickel ferrite stainless steel billet serial impact test datas were fitted with Bohzmann function and the ductlle-brittle transition temperature curve were gained.The results show that: when the curve upper and lower platform obviously,Boltzmann function in fitting the impact of transition curve process with good results,and an analytic solution of the ductile-brittle transition temperature is 168 ℃.
