涡街流量计梯形旋涡发生体的研究

摘    要:通过改变尾缘夹角角度、平行部分长度和取压位置,用CFD软件FLUENT对具有不同形状梯形旋涡发生体的DN100涡街流量计流场进行数值仿真研究.仿真结果表明:迎流面宽度为28mm的旋涡发生体,在尾缘夹角角度为45°,平行部分长度为4mm的情况下,能够产生最强的涡街信号;当尾缘夹角角度在40 ~ 70°之间时,信号峰值取压位置最靠近旋涡发生体,信号峰值取压位置在尾缘后部2倍迎流面宽度处.

Abstract:DN100 vortex flowmeter’s flow fields with various trapezoidal bluff bodies were tested.Cross-section shape with difference after body angle(ABA) and parallel part length(PPL) was simulated with FLUENT in CFD software,and simulation results show that the strongest vortex signal can be generated by the bluff body which boating of fixed upstream face width of 28mm,ABA of 45° and PPL of 4mm;the location of the pressure tap(LPT) with peak value becomes close to bluff body,i.e.the point two times of the upstream face width while ABA ranges from 40° to 70°.
