渤南油田抽油井偏磨腐蚀机理分析及防治对策

摘    要:根据渤南油田抽油机井的井况和工况,在分析导致杆、管断脱、漏失的多种因素的同时.重点对偏磨腐蚀的机理进行了研究,并提出了加缓蚀剂防腐、采用抽油杆扶正器防偏磨、采用连续抽油杆技术、对结蜡严重的油井进行综合治理等相应的具体对策,从而防止抽油机井杆、管因偏磨腐蚀造成断、脱,达到延长抽油机井检泵周期的目的。

Abstract:In the paper the multiple sorts of factors which causes sucker rod and tube to break,drop and leak are analysed according to condition and work situation of pumping well in Bonan Oilfield.The mechanism of particl wear and corrosion is emphasically researched as well as corresponding concrete countermeasures such as adding corrosion inhibitor,adopting rod corrector,using technique of continuing sucker rod and synthetic treatment to well with coagulating wax pricipation are presented in order to protect sucker rod and tube from breaking and dropping resulting from partial wear and corrosion,as well as to prolong the cycle of overhauling pump.
