碳化硅高温换热器陶瓷换热管传热性能研究

摘    要:本文分析了作为换热器核心元件的碳化硅传热管的热传导机理及气孔对导热的影响,结果表明多孔工程陶瓷碳化硅材料作为高温换热元件性能良好.并对三种强化传热元件进行了传热试验,结果表明:强化管内传热,有利于提高总传热系数 K值,而喷流强化传热效果更佳。

Abstract:The paper analyzed conductive heat transfer through silicon carbide heat exchanger tube and the effects of the porosity existing in the tube on heat conduction,and discussed also the theoretical calculations of heat conductance of porous Sic ceramic tube.It was found that the porous Sic ceramics has good properties as high temperature heat transfer eleme- nts.The heat transfer enhancement tests with three different kinds of tubulators shown that tube side heat transfer augmentation is effective for enhancing overall heat transfer coefficient K,and the jet enhancement among three tubulalors is the most effective.
